You start with a cognitive assessment for a seven-year-old whose parents finally have funding to find out what’s going on. Mid-morning, you talk a tricky case through over coffee with your OT and behaviour support colleagues, who are right down the corridor.
The afternoon is ongoing therapy, then time for notes and reports that’s built into your week, not stolen from your evening. On the way home there’s time for a swim at Brighton beach, five minutes from the clinic.
It’s the same work you already love, with the team and the time to do it properly.
