How does Steph work?

Every CHSA behaviour support journey follows the same steps, with timings you can plan around.

  1. Initial consultation

90 minutes. Getting to know the person, their goals and their support network.

  2. Quick safety plan

Within 1 month. Early strategies to keep everyone safe while we learn more.

  3. Functional behaviour assessment

Before the full plan. Understanding the reasons behind behaviours of concern.

  4. Comprehensive behaviour support plan

Within 6 months. Practical strategies built on what the assessment found.

  5. Team training

Once the plan is ready. For family, support workers and educators, so the plan works day to day.

  6. Regular reviews

At least yearly. Checking what's working and updating the plan as life changes.

In Steph’s words

“In our work together, I focus on understanding your unique strengths, challenges, and goals. From there, we develop structured, personalised strategies that can be applied consistently across different environments.”
