OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS (full and part-time opportunities)

OT & Rehabilitation (Healthcare & Medical)

To provide quality OT services, to a high standard to NDIS participants.

**If you refer an Occupational Therapist to Conscious Healthcare, during March 2023, and we engage that person within a 6 month period, you could be entitled to a finder's fee of up to $10,000.00 (pro-rata FTE)

The candidate must be a new referral to CHSA.

  • $1k upon employment agreement (signed by both parties) within 6 months of referral.

  • $9k upon successful conclusion of 6 month probationary period.

Conscious Healthcare SA is a leading registered NDIS provider of allied health therapies. Our multi-disciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Social Workers, use a collaborative and person-centered approach to provide services. We work with people with disabilities and their families and communities, right across the greater Adelaide metropolitan, Hills, Fleurieu, Barossa, Riverland, York Peninsula and Mid North areas of South Australia. We are looking to engage Occupational Therapist in all these geographical areas. We work with NDIS participants to support them in achieving their goals.
